It all starts when you are assigned a task that will take up a bunch of your time, and this is your reaction:

Then you start avoiding having to do the task by filling your time any way you can.

Sometimes you procrastinate too much, but at the end of the day you remind yourself that there is nothing more satisfying than crossing everything off your to-do list.
